Baan Victoria could be described as the petit-village because the 15 semidetached two floors houses are built on a land plot covering only one rai equal 1600m². This “moobaan” is the first one to be built among the villages maintained by LPM and is tucked into an area mostly consisting of Thai households. The common area’s swimming pool is 10 meter long and is less for swimming but more for gathering and cooling down, a kid’s pool is attached to the main pool. As the “moobaan” was built already 2004 it has been 16 years for the plants and trees to create a lush garden well appreciated by the house owners. Khun Ning and khun Jaap is the couple that taking care of Baan Victoria and have done so since 2011 they also live in the staff housing in the very front of the village. Most of the staff at all villages has been working with LPM for many years and hopefully for many years to come. Baan Victoria is considered a hidden gem.
