Community area
The moment you step into the gated community Baan Lisa you feel like coming home. The 46 semidetached houses has all their own garden, all of them very well maintained, numerous of tropical plants with colourful flowers galore make every garden unique. The 25 meter long swimming pool is made for exercise as well a late afternoon gathering, that’s where stories are told. A parking lot covered by a roof is located in the back of the area. The lawn covers much of the common area but there is also a boule court and during high season daily volley ball matches between house owners occur. The 400 meter paved track that encircles the pool area is a perfect track for power walks and is also the area’s road. The maintenance staff, khun Aom, khun Chong, khun A and khun Lek are living in the front house inside the area since 2013 and has outlook to the gate (the village was ready built 2008). Baan Lisa covers 12 rai (one rai equal 1600 m²)
