Community area
Just a tad offside and next to an international school. The gated community (moobaan) was built during year 2007 and was ready for moving in at the end of the same year. Khun Lak, Khun Salam and Khun Nang have been living in Baan Emma from the start and are familiar both with the house owners and the facilities. They maintain the area with the highest aplomb, stemming from many years of experience. Baan Emma consists of 32 semidetached houses with two floors. The top floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the bottom floor there is a big veranda where the house owners spend a lot of time. The 20 meter long swimming pool is the center where people meet and maybe swim some laps. The garden is extraordinary with the greenest of green lawn covering most of the total area. There are also many planted palm trees that provide shadow when the sun is too strong. Baan Emma covers a total area of 6 rai (1 rai equal 1600m²)
