Same concept as Baan Fanny a further 4-500 meters down soi Pattana 2 from the nowadays well-known foodsoi 94 off Phetkasem Road, the main road passing through Hua Hin. You could say that Baan Jennie and Baan Fanny are sister villages. Baan Jennie was ready for moving in December 2005 and all of the 28 semidetached two-floors houses were sold right from the start. Also from day one Khun Samuan, Khun Chai and Khun Djeab have been taking care of the area as well as lived on the premises. All facilities, plants, lawn and swimming pool are meticulous well taken care off. The swimming pool is 15 meters long with a kid’s pool at one end and a Jacuzzi at the other end. On the left next to the automatic gate is a parking lot covered by a roof and to the right is the living quarter for the staff. Baan Jennie is a tad bigger than Baan Fanny and cover 3 rai (one rai is 1600m²). Plenty of palm trees gives cooling shadow.
